SHIPPING: All orders are shipped in the continental U.S. via UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground. Merchandise totals determine shipping rates. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of items in stock. For items not in stock, an approximate "ship date" will be stated and billing will not occur until item is ready for shipment.
International shipping is available, however, customs, duties and taxes imposed by the receiving country are the reciepent's respossibility. Rates for shipping overseas (except, Canada, Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii) will be confirmed before package is mailed by us.

Order total: $50.01 to $75.00 / Shipping & handling = $8.95
Order total: $75.01 to $100.00 / Shipping & handling = $9.95
Order total: $100.01 to $125.00 / Shipping & handling = $13.95
Order total: $125.01 to $150.00 / Shipping & handling = $16.95
Order total: $150.01 to $200.00 / Shipping & handling = $20.95
Order total: $200.01 to $499.00 / Shipping & handling = $25.95
Over $500 => FREE SHIPPING
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, add $10.00
For shipments to Canada and Mexico, add $15.00

SALES TAX: Wholesale orders are NOT subject to sales and use tax. Purchasing company must supply us with their company tax ID and proper resale documents.
Retail orders will be assessed and charged applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be assesses according to the SHIPPING address and not the BILLING addesss. Sales and use tax will be computed after the shipping and delivery charges.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: If your purchase does not meet your 100% satisfaction, your product(s) can be returned for any reason. If you wish to return an item, please either call us at 1-888-624-9878 or email us at: info@maizuruonline.com first so that we can help expedite your refund. Please return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery. All items can be returned unopened within 14 days; or, opened items must be unused and in good condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Credit for returned items will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please call us within 72 hours of receipt to arrange for pickup.
